Inspire collaborated with First Bank & Trust Co. to transform their newly renovated operations center into a modern, functional workspace. The project focused on creating an open and efficient environment that fosters collaboration while supporting a variety of work styles.

Key elements of the design included desk benching systems, private offices, a state-of-the-art training room, dedicated collaboration zones, and a welcoming break room. Light-toned wood and clean, contemporary finishes were used throughout to create a bright, open atmosphere that reflects the company’s forward-thinking culture.
